This recently renovated cottage is in a very quiet, leafy location within the State High catchement. It has one good sized main bedroom and two small bedrooms. The walls, doors, windows etc are all new. The bathroom, laundry and toilet is also new though the kitchen is older but still in great condition. It is very close to Orleigh park and the ferry to University. It is unfenced so no dogs but a cat would be ok. This house has a lovely feel and is worth a look. The back deck is a great feature. We would like a couple or small family. It is a small house so three singles would be unsuitable. It would also not suit small children as the deck does not have a rail (see photo). I would be willing to install air-conditioning for increased rent ($550). Feel free to the owner for any questions.
