The unit is fully furnished apart from your room (dont have a full size fridge at the moment so if youve got one then BONUS….if not ill just buy one!). The apartment and room itself is quite big clean and airy with balcony. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Mater Hospital close to public transport pubs/clubs easily accessible to South Bank and West End. We have rooftop access with sweet views of the surrounding area.You will have the 2nd bedroom with the main bathroom to yourself (shared with Laundry facilities). I cant remember but the agent said there is a wardrobe and fan and im pretty sure you will have your own little balcony. Resident parking permits apply they are FREE and you can download the application form from the Brisbane City Council Website. You will be 22-32 working full-time pay your rent on time clean tidy tend to have quiet weekdays/nights outdoorsie and enjoy a few drinks over the weekend every now and again. Party-goers will not be well received (although Im always up for a few bevvies with a BBQ or a night out on the town when the time calls for it).Bond will be 4 weeks rent all utilities will be shared evenly on a minimum 6 months lease for the right applicant.$210 is negotiable – will consider couples for $270pw.Please no children or pets.
