brick venner home large yard carport large room 16ftx18ft has its own entrance tv and tv connection i am a sinlge mum of 2 boys 11 and 5 we are only home nights as i work there at school. we are very cruisy the room rent inlc elec quiet culdesac close to m1 shops and station. room is currently being used as rumpus room as i have no other use for it we are clean tidy and respectful of others
