As you walk through the front door you will be amazed as at first sight you see the glistening view of the pool, timber floating floors and ample amount of space and openness. Off to your left is a large carpeted study area, or formal lounge and another large carpeted lounge room with air conditioning to your right.

The kitchen dining and separate living area all overlook the pool and backyard. The kitchen includes modern appliances with a dishwasher large pantry and breakfast bar.

Four large bedrooms upstairs with the main bedroom being oversized and has a huge Walk-In-Robe and ensuite. There is also another children’s playroom or parents retreat up stairs for your convenience.

Thsi home includes bi monhtly pool maintenance, although chemicals are chargeable to the tenants, maintenance in between visits are the responsibility of the tenant.
