We are looking for a easy going singles/couples to rent our two spare rooms out.We are easy going and pretty quiet during the week – but we like to have fun on a Friday and Saturday night. Our home is located 5 – 10 minutes walk from Loganlea train station we have a bus stop basically out the front of our house and 3 major shopping centres within 15 – 20minutes drive. We are also only 10 minutes walk from Logan Hospital and the University.We have pets. I have a staffy a turtle a snake and breed rats. That being said the rats dont stink and if you dont like snakes you will not be tormented with her (she is very very friendly)We are smokers – but there is no smoking in the house whatsoever.There is foxtell internet and a landline. Usage of the internet and landline to be discussed.We dont mind if you have a pet on the condition that you pet gets along with ours.We are basically just looking for nice reliable trustworthy people to come live in our home. We are very friendly – but also understand space.
