There is off road parking or if you own a bike a large backyard to safely leave it in. The house also contains a large living and dining area as well as a large patio for bbqs and chilling out.
The rooms would suit students who are looking for a quiet place to study and relax. Griffith University Logan Campus is walking distance and Logan TAFE just a short distance away
