Hi, I have just purchased this property, a modern 2007 house, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main + ensuite), and a double garage, with modern design and features, including air-con in the open living area, and two patio areas, one covered and one open. All bedrooms have built-ins and ceiling fans.

I am living here, and am looking for a few housemates to share it with. I am a 26 year old male, looking for housemates (age range 18-35) to share the extra space and amenities. 2 standard bedrooms are available, very comfortable for 1 person, and 1 garage space is available. Currently one other housemate living here also.

I have set up the basics in the laundry, kitchen and living areas. Potential tenants are more than welcome to bring their own furniture, otherwise I will provide furniture for bedrooms too. I’m a little tech-oriented, so I will have a fast unlimited internet connection set up; utilities are included in the advertised rent.
