Prices-
$130.00 per night – minimum 2 night stay
Off Peak – $475.00 per week
School Holidays – $575.00 per week

TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. Rent for the property will be paid before occupancy.

2. Bond is refunded direct to your bank account after cleaner has been through.

3. The keys to the premises are available from 12 noon on arrival date and expires 10am on the departure date. Unless prior arrangements made.

4. After hours call out fee is applicable in the case of tenants locking themselves out of property or other problems caused by the tenant. Fee currently is $50.

5. The tenant will be responsible for damage to the premises or loss of or damage to any items in the premises and the tenant will pay to the agent at the address shown on the face of this receipt the cost of replacement or repair (at the discretion of the agent) of any such item damaged or lost.

6. The tenant shall not park cars on the premises, except in specific areas allowed for that purpose.

7. At no time during the occupancy by the tenant shall more than the number of persons advised reside overnight at the premises, without prior
consent of the agent.

8. The tenant shall not bring animals or pets to the premises without approval from the agent.

9. With telephone, Internet or postal bookings the description of the premises by the agent made in good faith but no responsibility for mis description can be accepted.

10. Where applicable Body Corporate Rules and Regulations shall be complied with.

11. In the event of the tenant desiring to cancel the booking, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless and until the premises are re let for the total period of the proposed occupancy in which case a service fee of 12% of one weeks rent shall be charged to the person cancelling the booking.

12. No responsibility is taken for personal property left on the premises.

13. In the event the said premises become unavailable for occupancy through unforeseen circumstances (fire, storm damage, change of ownership, etc) then the agent will inform the tenant immediately and endeavour to obtain a suitable alternative premises for this tenancy, failing which any moneys paid are to be refunded to the tenant.

14. Any extra cleaning beyond reasonable use, eg coffee stains, marked walls, washing of linen will be charged for.
