Off Peak- $450.00 per week

TERMS and CONDITIONS
ENTRY:
Keys to the premises are to be collected from Richardson and Wrench office at 19 Benabrow Avenue, Bellara. Booking commences at 1.00 pm on the arrival date and check out time is 10.00am on departure date. Late check outs will be charged at $20 per additional hour. Late check outs should be requested before stay. We will advise if this is possible if no other guests are going in that day.

GUEST INFORMATION:
Richardson and Wrench Bribie Island takes no responsibility for personal property left on the premises.
The property is fully furnished with kitchen facilities but does not include linen, blankets and bath towels. Please bring your own linen or ask our office for a local linen hire company contact number.

In the event that the said premises becomes unavailable for occupancy through unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Fire, storm, damage, change of ownership, etc) you will be informed immediately. We will endeavor to obtain suitable alternative premises for the tenancy; failing which any monies paid will be refunded in full.

PROPERTY POLICY:
Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises or, loss of or damage to any items in the premises. The bond on the property and will be used to cover the replacement or repair cost (at the discretion of Richardson and Wrench) of any such item damaged or lost.
Strictly no Smoking inside the property, additional cleaning costs will be charged to guests who do .
At no time during the occupancy shall number of persons residing increase, without Richardson and Wrench Bribie Island prior consent, whereupon extra charges may be made. Guests are not allowed to bring animals or pets on to the premises unless permission is given. Please place rubbish in the green bin or rubbish bags provided. If rubbish builds up above a one bin capacity please dispose of rubbish in town bins.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancellations less than four (4) weeks prior Forfeit deposit unless another booking can be made in it place.

NOISE:
No excessive noise is allowed after 10.00 pm in respect for neighbours.
Please move inside after 10.00 and close sliding doors to limit noise problems.

AT END OF STAY
Please place all rubbish at end of stay in Wheelie Bin .
Any extra cleaning beyond reasonable use, eg coffee stains, marked walls, glass will be charged for.
