I am a 24 year old female working full time. I have to ranger cats that live there also. I love to entertain and relax and am looking forward to the company of some interesting people. The house is a 2 storey place on a quarter acre block so there is lots of room. The house has a front balcony and a huge back deck for entertaining. The bathroom and toilet have been recently been renovated. There hard wood floors throughout the house and it is fully furnished. The rooms available are upstairs and one is large than the other but the smaller one leads out unto the front balcony. Both rooms are unfurnished. Rent includes electricity.
