The features are endless – three story solid brick home – the third story is a large loft and acts as the 5th bedroom or a large study.

The heart of the home has a formal lounge and combined dining room with floor to ceiling drapes, polished timber floors, chandeliers, and an original fire place (not for use) and french doors leading out to the front garden.

The kitchen is a galley style and has a dishwasher with an informal eating area and a family room off to the side that leads out to an in-ground swimming pool. There is also a ‘pool house’ with shower and separate toilet combined with laundry facilities.

On the second level there are four bedrooms – the main has a balcony and a fire place (not for use) all bedrooms have polished timber floors, wardrobes and the end room being the 4th bedroom is a loft style room.

The bathroom has the original claw bathtub with shower over bath. The toilet is separate.
