Affordable housing under NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) is available only to eligible applicants.

1. NRAS APPROVED TENANTS ONLY (You MUST already be approved by the National Rental Affordability Scheme and have a registered number)

2. Email your NRAS registration number to bayside.villas.rental@gmail.com

3. We will reply your email with the NRAS application for tenancy asap.

4. when you done the paperwork, please to view the unit on open home and bring the completed application form and required document with you.
