The unit has a balcony that faces south and is quite private. It is the full width of the unit and therefore a really good size – will fit some lovely relaxing outdoor furniture and a BBQ without any problems at all.
Featuring a large open living space (lounge/kitchen) with 2.7 metre ceilings gives the a wonderful sense of space; stone kitchen bench top, with island bench – plenty of deep cupboard space; dishwasher, air conditioning; fans, a great size bedroom with built in wardrobe; the two way bathroom is very practical, now your guests don’t have to go through your bedroom to go the the bathroom; a dedicated study/office space between the front is just perfect; and the laundry – it is fantastic with loads of extra storage (cupboards).

The complex has a small gym so you can keep fit and a large lap pool. The on-site managers have been able to do a deal with an internet company to purchase BULK internet and provide our tenants with access to unlimited internet at a cheaper (or same) price than current internet providers (options of $40/$60/$80 plans).
