The unit have two balconies: a smaller balcony located in front of each bedroom and accessed from the living area.
The open living space is large with plenty of room for furniture – you can bring your modular lounge and 6 seat dining suites, no problem – with 2.7 metre ceilings giving the unit a wonderful sense of space; stone kitchen bench top (no laminate), with island bench – to fit breakfast bar stools under – and plenty of deep cupboard space; dishwasher, air conditioning; fans; fantastic size study/office desk ready to connect to the internet plus a bonus of three months free (with our provider only); the laundry with wall mount dryer – huge hot water system – is located off the kitchen with the added bonus of extra storage;the main bedroom bathroom has a full size bath tub – not usually found in units and.
All units all have a minimum of a single covered car space; and of course the storage cage.

The complex has a basic, compact but effective gym so you can keep fit and a large lap pool. High speed fibre internet is now available and each unit has a wireless access point plus a bonus of the first month free. The on-site managers have been able to do a deal with an internet company to purchase BULK internet and provide our tenants with access to unlimited internet at a cheaper price than current internet providers.
