About the room….

On offer is an unfurnished medium sized bedroom (with built-ins and ceiling fan), private bathroom, separate toilet, and half of the garage (with remote access) in a near new house in North Lakes. The common and shared areas include a combined living/dining room with air-conditioning, open plan kitchen, a small formal living area (nicknamed ‘the toy room’), another bedroom (spare), and also a study. The common areas are decked out with brand new high quality furnishings including natural wood finishing on tables and cabinets, large dining table, and a soft natural leather lounge suite in the living room. I have an excellent entertainment system in place in the living room using a large LED flatscreen television, surround sound system, Apple TV, other network devices). There is a lot more stuff like this in place but you now get the idea…..

I am also connected to the NBN fibre optic network and incorporate both wireless and wired network access point wall sockets throughout.

Now a little about me….

I’m a 33 year old male who is employed in the Aviation industry. I am laid back, fun to be around, and easy to get along with. I am very sociable and will happily converse with anyone but occasionally I enjoy being alone. I am not what you’d call a party animal (anymore) but I do enjoy having a beer or two when the mood takes me. I also enjoy the occasional blowout session but I am overall pretty quiet when I’m at home through the week. I have no problem with any friends visiting and socialising for as long as they want but I expect that the building, land and all other personal property is treated with complete respect and care. I try to be considerate of those around me and I respect each individuals right to privacy and will not intrude into your personal areas but I expect the same in return. I am clean and keep the place tidy but if there is a little clutter lying around the place it really doesn’t bother me so it shouldn’t bother you. If you are one of those fanatical OCD ‘cleanliness is next to godliness’ types of people then you should probably look at another room for rent
