Looking for a female housemate around 25-30. We are looking for someone that is very clean and tidy and must work full time. Must be an animal lover as we have 2 large dogs. The house has two living spaces and two outdoor entertaining areas. Weekly rent is $155 and will include foxtel and Internet. Bond of $620 must be paid on arrival. Move in date will be the 16th December but will be negotiated.
