You will also be living with the landlord which makes things easier.The unit is just down the road from the Mon Como hotel so you will always have some nightlife near by.I am pretty relaxed take a lot of pride in my home I like things to be clean but other than that Im easy to get along with.Im a professional and travel a lot for work.Im also qualified chef so the odd meal wont be out of the question Theres Internet and Foxtel.
