Rates: Off Peak $550pw / School Hols: $900pw / Christmas/Easter: $1500pw / Per Night $180 pn (min 2) – - 3 nights onwards will be charged at a weekly rate. CHRISTMAS RATE FOR 2013 HAS NOW BEEN REDUCED TO $1,000 PER WEEK
Bookings are a minimum of two nights in Off Peak periods.
50% Deposit is required within 14 Days in order to secure your booking.
Christmas Bookings will need to be fully paid prior to 1st December.
We accept credit card (3% surcharge), eftpos, money order or direct deposit into our Trust Account (please discuss this option further with staff at time of booking).
Please note, for security purposes a $500.00 bond will need to be paid at the time of Check In. This may be paid by cash, bank cheque, eftpos or credit card. Refunds of this deposit are given after your Check Out date and are via Trust Account Cheque posted to your address or refunded back on to your credit card.
What You Need to Bring & What Is Provided:
Each property is fully self contained and provides crockery, cutlery, pots & pans. All beds have a quilt/doona, mattress protector and pillows. You will need to bring with you pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat, face washers. You will also need your own toiletries, laundry/dishwashing liquid and toilet paperjust in case!
Booking Conditions Summary:
Check In time is 1pm – 4.00pm. Late Check In is available by prior arrangement to fully paid bookings. Check Out time is strictly 10am.
All cancellations must be in writing – Email, fax or post. There will be no refund of monies paid unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy. If the premises are re-let, a $30 booking fee will be charged and the balance of monies paid will be refunded by cheque only. If the premises are not re-let for the entire period then the deposit monies will be forfeited.
You are required to leave the premises CLEAN, NEAT and TIDY. Please ensure benches, floors and bathrooms are cleaned, all washing up done and all garbage is placed in the bin provided, else you will be charged an excess cleaning fee. It is the tenants responsibility to pay for any repairs needed for any damage to the property or its contents (including strong odour).
