Ground floor contains: 2 Bedrooms – 1 Queen bed, 2 Single beds. Tiled lounge/dining with water views, modern TV, DVD player and stereo. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, gas stove and microwave. Combined laundry and bathroom (shower only). Sliding doors leading to deck for relaxing and 2nd deck for the BBQ.
Mezzanine Level has 1 queen bed, ensuite (shower only) and balcony with water views.
Sleeps 6, small pets negotiable, yard not securely fenced. Located at the northern end of the Island. No Carpet.
BOND: $200 – Which is refunded via cheque or EFT after vacate once the cleaner has been through to check the house was left in a clean manner and that there are no items missing from the inventory.
LOW SEASON:
$120/Nightly (single night will attract higher rate if more than 2 occupants)

Payment: To secure the booking the bond must be paid 48 hours after booking is made. Should we not received the bond amount in this time frame the booking will be cancelled. The balance of monies will need to be paid 1 week prior to occupation or by cash upon arrival. NO EFT FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN OUR OFFICE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Rent for property must be paid before keys will be given out. If rent money is transferred via Internet banking 48hrs prior to occupancy a receipt will need to be presented as proof of payment.
2. The keys to the premises are available from 2pm on arrival date and expires 10am on the departure date.
3. Breakages and loss to the property is to be reported to the agent and paid for immediately.
4. To assist in keeping the septic system/treatment plant operating at its best we ask that no foreign objects (i.e nappy liners, disposable nappies, napkins, sanitary items, plastics, rubber etc) be flushed down the toilet. No strong chemicals, oil, disinfectants or chemical detergents to be put down drains or into toilets.
5. The tenant and visitors are not to park vehicles including trailers, caravans and boats on areas other than those designated for parking. Septic trenches are not designed to hold heavy weight.
6. At no time during occupancy shall there be more than the number of persons advised, reside overnight at the premises without prior consent from the agent.
7. The tenant is not permitted to bring pets onto the premises without prior approval from the agent.

9. Key Return – the property is to be locked and the keys returned to our office. If the office is closed please place keys in the Key Deposit Box at Macleay Island Realty, 14 Brighton Road, Macleay Island (Box located to the right of the entry door as from 19/04/10).
Office Hours
Our office is located at 14 Brighton Road, Macleay Island (approx 150m from the Jetty) and is open 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and for key collection/return only 8:30am to 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Please phone our office for Public Holiday hours.
If arriving after hours please make sure you organize balance of payment and key collection before hand.
