The home is an open plan cape cod design boasting a loft, breezeway deck, art workshop and detached parents retreat. Art House caters for up to 6 guests,1 x queen,1 x double and 2 x single beds, a porta cot is also available. Art house is conveniently located in a quiet tree lined street within walking distance to the jetty, golf course, shops and restaurants. Pets are welcome but must be kept outside. The yard is fully fenced.
