There are 2 bathrooms with 2 additional toilets and an outdoor shower. The house has 2 separate living areas, one with an open fireplace and the other with gas heating. There are two TV’s, a DVD and a stereo. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, double oven and microwave and downstairs there is a second fridge and fish cleaning facilities. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The house provides ample parking space. Linen is not provided.

Family pets are allowed but the property is unfenced.

High Season costs $2850 per week, Mid Season costs $2000 per week, Low Season costs $1300 per week and a Two night stay costs $600.
