1. Must be DOG LOVERS. we have a 1 year old Golden Retriever puppy who cannot travel with us. You must be dog lovers and take care of her while you stay.
2. You must love cleanliness, no messy couples, students, party people.
No smoking inside house, No shoes on Carpet, No Parties, No Noise after 9.
Prefer people with religion.
(I know the pictures I took shows it was messy and unclean. That’s why we kicked the current tenants out early and that’s why you get a 50% discount for this unoccupied period of time. If the house if not clean, it is a breach of contract and you will need to pay $600 for someone to come in and clean for it!)
3. Only avaliable between 11/11/2017 to 31/1/2018. Minimum 8 weeks stay.
(I, the owner will come back and live yhe house at 1/Feb/2018).
If you stay less than 8 weeks. You still need to pay $350×8 weeks.
4. Fair use policy. Electricity and water included under fair use policy, you must pay excess if your usage is over the average household consumption standard.
5. If you break anything, you must pay for yourself. If you dirt anything, you must pay for its cleaning.
