This accommodation is for one person only. The available room is fully furnished with queen size bed – side tables and lamp, study desk and chair, reading chair and television. It also has a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom.

The room is fully air-conditioned and comes complete with unlimited internet access and all other utilities included such as water and electricity. The common areas are large with lounge suite, dining suite, television etc. It has a full kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher of it also fully equipped including cutlery and crockery etc.

The house is only shared with 3 others and is close to Griffith University, QE II Hospital and a short walk to express buses and Coopers Plains train station.
