I am renting out the WHOLE ground floor, fully separated section of my house – an extremely big (almost 100sqm) 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom unit.

It is fully isolated and insulated from the top floor, and very modern.

The lease is month-by-month (although I prefer long term tenants) and I advertise it in a bargain price as I am looking for *respectful, quiet, clean, NON-SMOKING* full time working mature people (no kids/animals/party teenagers) – preferably an individual who wants to have his own big modern apartment without spending a fortune on renting a house.

* The rumpus is huge – 7mx4m fully tiled and air conned with a 7kw air con.
* One HUGE room (studio size) with en-suite the size of a bedroom! + a very big walk in robes room.
* Second room is big, spacious and has it’s own access to the main bathroom, or can be used as an en-suite. It also has generous walk in robes. Can be used as guest room or office / storage.
* Modern kitchen has heaps of storage + a full size pantry and gas cooking and oven.
* Hot water system – completely separate from upstairs.
*My very friendly older cat might visit you from time to time so looking for pet friendly people, however not looking to add more pets atm.

Electricity is another $30 a week (individual) or $40 a week (two people). Fast ADSL2+ Internet can be shared if you want to split the bill (currently $90 a month for 250GB but I might switch to Optus also for $90 for unlimited).

The house is very close (less than 1km) to Mt Ommaney shopping mall. Darra station is only 3 minutes drive and express trains to the city take 20 minutes in the morning (stopping at Indooroopilly and Milton stations only).
