My Fiance and I are renting out the second bedroom in our 3 bedroom double story brick townhouse in Moorooka. It is a fully furnished room with fan, built in’s, desk, double bed and own large bathroom with shower and bath. The townhouse is new with a courtyard, a shared BBQ area and salt water pool in a fenced community walking distance to bus and train. The Kitchen is fully contained and there is a washing machine, dryer and clothes line.
We both work in retail full time, are easy going, clean and friendly and are looking for someone awesome who is the same. We have a small friendly dog who doesn’t bark and we are negotiable on lease lengths for the right person.
Bond is $600 and the room is available 16.04.13. Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance.
