We are looking for a housemate to move into our modern 2 storey 4 bedroom home at Mount Gravatt East! House is completely furnished with ducted air con throughout. Room is also furnished. We are a group of 4 friends (2 male 2 female) who all get along well, we are friendly and easy going and looking for someone reliable and also easy going to move in.
Rent is $130 p/w and we split bills evenly. Very close to shops, motorway, creek and Logan road.
