Fun friendly house is looking for preferably a female between the ages of 18-25. It is a 4 bedroom house already containing 4 students 3 males and one female; engaged couple occupy the main bedroom. This spare room comes with a really great queen bed and rent covers all bills. We have a small gym downstairs and a spare garage space. A front balcony and a back balcony with bbq.
