Yes I was in the flood but you should see me now. I have been completely renovated and I sparkle. The floors have been polished, my bathroom is new. There are 2 bedrooms, and both of them have built in robes. a sleepout and room for a home office. I have a new Stainless steel oven and European appliances including dishwasher. The laundry is downstairs and has a second toilet and I do have ceiling fans throughout
