It’s very close to Westfield Garden City and Griffith University, both Nathan and Mt Gravatt. Theres both a bus stop and a train station near by.

The room comes with a queensized bed, a desk and a computer chair as well as free wi-fi.

As for me, I’m a 20 year old female student (at Griffith uni) who also works part time.
I’m friendly, fairly clean and quiet.

There is currently one other girl living in the house, so you would have to share a bathroom with her (I have my own).
