Genesis 1 is a secure off-campus student accommodation that offers 174 International and Australian students a quiet but friendly home during their studies. This world class student accommodation is for the serious student. We have over 45 nationalities represented and everyone can get to mix and meet with Australians, as well, so as to broaden their experiences, while in Australia. We are on-site managers who are available, approachable and have the ability to give personal attention when needed.
All units at have 3 fully furnished en-suite bedrooms and you sign a 6 month lease for one room. The common area, lounge kitchen and dining areas are shared with the students in the other two rooms. The unit it fully furnished and the kitchen has all appliances and utensils needed. Off road under cover secure parking with automatic gates and security camera's is available for an extra fee. The complex offers a swimming pool, BBQ area, indoor and outdoor meeting and eating area and a gym and a small bring and swop free library for your enjoyment. Rent includes 3GB of internet monthly and you are able to buy more internet as required from the office.
