Our accommodation, in Upper Mount Gravatt is situated near Garden City shopping center and there is a quick bus trip to Griffith University 15 minutes to the city & QUT, Gardens point and 17 minutes to UQ St Lucia. Our great location is close to Coles for your groceries, many food outlets and take aways and restaurants, and Westfield Garden City, a very large shopping mall. There are bus stops outside our complex, the express busway nearby and quick access onto both the M1 and M3.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully furnished units have an air-conditioned shared common area – lounge, dining, fully kitted kitchen (Oven, cook top, microwave, fridge and dishwasher as well as pot, crockery, cutlery & utensils) and laundry with washer and dryer. We rent out an individual room with private bathroom to you. The clean modern room has a study area and built in robe. The rent includes electricity, water and a provision of internet data monthly.

Your housemates are two girls and this room is suitable for a girl.

The secure, gated complex has CCTV and your room has its own lock.There are onsite managers who care and are available for emergencies. The pool, gym, pool table and BBQ are available for your entertainment. There is a social calendar to help you to meet people and socialize.
