There are 4 of us living in an extremely large Queenslander in ASHGROVE and have 2 spare rooms to fill. There is a mixed age range in the house, and all are easy going.
The house is 50 metres to a local bus stop, close to supermarkets and the Broncos Leagues Club, and Ithaca TAFE. And it?Ts only a short walk to the Maroon Glider which runs all night on Friday and Saturday nights.
5 minute drive to the city and 20 minute bus ride.
The house has plenty of space, with a large covered deck, a lounge with Foxtel and extra rooms for study/office nooks if required (price negotiable)
Each room will be at $180 per room, which includes Internet and Foxtel.
1 room can be furnished if required with Double Bed.
Gas/Electricity Bill would be split every quarter dependant on number in house.
