Hi there We have a decent size room available for rent ASAP. Room is not furnished but the rest of the house is. We have a pool yard air conditioning in main living area street parking large patio. Room has floor to ceiling windows ceiling fan and built in cupboards. Current room mates are 2 females and 1 male. The females are both students (UQ and QUT) and the male works full time and possibly moving to mines – so preferred housemate is female that can get along with both of us girls as we will be home most of the time.
