About me: I am a 21 yr old QUT student currently living with my 19 yr brother (USQ student) and his 19 yr girlfriend (works full time) in a beautifully renovated Queenslander house. I am very study orientated and work 2 jobs one of which is on the Sunshine Coast but I still like to have fun. I will respect your needs for privacy as a flatmate as will my other roommates.We are very friendly like to have a laugh and just chill out and relax.Our preferences: We are looking for a female roommate from 18-30 yrs old. We hope that you are clean honest and reliable with paying the rent and bills. And also respectful of our privacy noise levels and household objects. We would like you to stay a minimum of 3 months with a maximum to be discussed. Your room: Your room has four large windows which open up to our surrounding garden of a variety of trees. Your room has wireless internet access television antenna plug for really good reception and is unfurnished. It is fully carpeted temperature wise it is very cool due and there is built in closet available. We have pretty much everything you need for basic living and entertainment. Overall the house has a lot of living space – there is a large living room with the entire back wall opening up onto an undercover outdoor patio with outdoor furniture available. The house and location:The house is secure located in a safe area and is only a 2 min walk to the bus stop which stops in the city. The Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is also very close by the city is only a 5 min drive away and both UQ and QUT Gardens Point campus are close by. Well I hope that sounds good!
