Hello there I will just introduce myself my name is Blake I am a 20yr old Full time male worker looking for two new housemates to take up a lease with me in my current residence from the 1st August 2010. The share-house is modern two story house located in a building complex with 6 houses on each side it is very quiet and secure and is located approx 3mins from Indooroopilly Train Station 4mins walk from Indooroopilly shopping center and 30 seconds from MC Donalds.The house has a 2 car garage Toilet downstairs Small backyard (sorry no pets) Main bathroom upstairs and all 3 bedrooms upstairs.There are two rooms available but depending on the interest i get if people are more inclined to take the medium bedrooms i would take the master bedroom and there would then be 2x Medium bedrooms available.Pricings Are as Follows:-Medium Bedroom with large built in wardrobe $140 p/weekMaster Bedroom with build in wardrobe and Ensuite $ 165 p/weekAs the old housemates are moving out they will be taking most of the furnishings with them but dependent on what furniture you have available to bring with you We can work out in picking up the rest second hand etc.I would love to hear from you as soon as possible on anytimeCheers Blake
