Our house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom near new house in Kenmore. There are a total of two rooms available for rent with external entry via a lovely outdoor patio area. The sitting room is shared as is the upstairs kitchen facilities and downstairs laundry. You may rent only one room or make application for both rooms together.
