Hi guys,

There are two rooms available in the townhouse I am currently renting. Rent is $130 per week plus bills, or $140 p/wk plus bills (for a bit bigger room). Plus – both rooms have off street parking right at the front door!! The rooms are unfurnished.

Photos are below… A new landlord has recently taken over the house so the furniture in the photos has been replaced (in the living areas etc), and it’s all brand new!!

The complex has a pool which is awesome in summer, and the house is pretty spacious with outdoor entertainment area/deck.

Would prefer non-smokers and no pets (as there is not really enough yard/lawn for them).
