- short walk to Suncorp Stadium
- short walk to Caxton Street
- public transport (bus) just around the corner
- 5 minute drive to the city
- $10 to $12 taxi fare from the city .)

About the room:
- skinny master bedroom
- with ensuite
- built in wardrobe
- shared balcony

We would be looking at a third roommate to join onto the lease.
The lease is for 12 months.
Move in date can be negotiated from now until July 07th.
Lease must be taken over by July 07th.

Preferred candidate:
Gender not an issue. We are ideally looking for a cool and chilled out person to co-habit with. Preferred age range is in their mid 20′s to early 30′s and has lived in a houseshare situation before.
If you have any game consoles and a large tv… that would be cool too … no harm in asking, right? If you love Scotch Whisky, wine and beer – we may get along splendidly.

About us:
You will be cohabiting with a Peruvian and an American in our late 20s.
1 has a 9-5 job, the other is a student.
We both love food and beer.
We like thoughtful, tidy, well-balanced people who can have conversations about whose turn it is to buy the toilet paper or washing detergent without getting narky.
We don’t mind kooky but the crazies need not apply. On the flip side, we can be somewhat kooky ourselves so if you are super straight-laced or uber conservative then we may not be the right fit for you.
We prefer non-smokers – definitely no smoking in the house allowed.
We love pets but sadly can’t have any live with us.
