Room available in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Paddington, just a short walk from Rosalie Villlage.

The unit is fully furnished and the room currently has a single bed, bedside table and lamp, but these could easily be moved if you’d prefer to move in your own bedroom furniture. A double bed definitely fits, but the room is not massive.

There is also a large balcony – good if you have friends over for dinner/drinks.

I am 25 and am currently studying and working part-time. I am friendly and easy to get along with, so looking for someone who is relaxed, fun and down-to-earth!

I like to keep the place clean and tidy, but not a fan of cleaning schedules etc!
