We have a room to rent in paddington I am moving out because of work otheriwse I wouldnt be moving out! The house is a beautiful and big and comes with amazing views. The room itself is quite big with a built in and has french doors with its own balcony with views of suncorp stadium. The rent is $220($203 for rent plus $17 for ultilies) per week with internet being $17.50 extra per month…The housemates are awesome very social and easy to get along with..please let me know if your interested and we can set up for an inspection
