Hi! We are 2 fun loving housemates looking for someone to move in with us! Preferably a guy just because a house full of girls can be a little full on sometimes. We are both students at UQ. Sarah is in her 2nd year studying Pharmacy and I am in my 3rd year of my arts degree. We both like to go out and have a good time, however we also knuckle down and get our uni work done when we need to. So we’re looking for someone who has a good balance between studying and going out. Our place is within 10 minutes walking distance of UQ, 2 minute walk to the nearest 412 bus stop which will take you into the City and there are a couple of restaurants as well as Nandos and a small Chinese grocery store just down the road. Unfortunately cost of utilities is not included in the rent, it depends on the usage but it generally costs about an extra $8 a week.
