I’m looking for someone to take over my current lease which ends January 2014. Room is available end o fJune at this stage, can arrange earlier or later move in if needed.

Situated in a great location. Located in 9 minutes walk from the University of Queensland, 2 minutes walk to local shops (Nando’s, Asian supermarket), public transports (412, 402 bus stop to the CBD/Toowong/UQ) and Guyatt Park ferry terminal.

The bedroom for rent is nice and bright, unfurnished (I have some furnitures i.e. bed, study table, chairs to sell if needed). Wash room is to be shared with an Australian male working professional. Furnished with washing machine, oven, fridge, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances.

Rent: $165 per week (exclucing utilities) (bond $660)

Internet is $15 per month (unlimited/TPG)

Water is free. Electricity and gas is split between the house and paid every three months.
