The house is also keyed with a special lock system, each resident's key will only open their own room as well as all common doors.
To cater for the needs of five residents living together, the house contains a total of three fridges – two in the upstairs kitchen and one in the downstairs kitchen. This leaves ample room for residents to store their food and helps avoid those awkward situations where one or two residents use all the fridge space leaving nothing for the remaining occupants.
Leading out from the kitchen is the main outdoor entertainment deck, including shade sail, large seven piece setting and a sunken pebble retreat you will have no problems entertaining your guests under the stars.
Along with the unlimited ADSL 2+ internet service, 1/12 Kings Road is cleaned and maintained on a fortnightly basis. This means that the gardening around the property is attended to, and a maintenance clean is performed to keep the house looking great all the time.
All utilities (electricity, gas, water) are capped at $30 (based on responsible usage) a week per resident and are payable at the time rent is paid (fortnightly). This removes all the hassle involved in signing up, paying security deposits and chasing up payment from fellow residents.

While this is the smallest room in the house it is by no means disadvantaged. The space in the room has been used well. There is a large window, a wall mounted 32" LCD TV, a large desk and chair, a single bed and mattress and matching bedside set of drawers. There is a large free standing 3 door wardrobe with loads of hanging and storage space. Air-conditioning also provides the comfort of keeping warm in winter and cool during the summer months. The 32" LCD TV is wall mounted in just the right position so that you can lie in bed and enjoy watching your favour show.
