Hi I am Nicola and my other housemate is named Rachel We are both very friendly, open-minded, positive people who are considerate of others, and enjoy keeping our home clean and tidy.

We are looking for another female with a similar outlook. I have 2 gorgeous and friendly Sausage Dogs who make our home a delight They are of course house trained and well-behaved.

The available room has a built in wardrobe and will fit a queen bed with room for some other furniture. You will share the main bathroom with one female.

The available room is unfurnished, however the rest of the house is fully furnished with quality, tasteful furniture and appliaces. We are only missing a tv/surround sound system for the lounge as the last housemate owned it. It would be a great bonus in you favour if you have these :P, however I will purchase if necessary after seeing who moves in.

There is also a powder room/toilet downstairs and a separate laundry with a washing machine and a strong central vacuum system. The kitchen has modern stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances and we own a large range of quality kitchenware.

Our large balcony/entertainment area has an outdoor setting and BBQ. All windows and doors have fly screens with security grills.

We are looking for someone appropriate to move in ASAP.
