Our gal Harri has made plans to leave us for the UK and now were left to find someone to share our awesome apartment in the Rivers on the Park complex.Myself (Hayden) and Chris are 25yo and are friends from uni. We have been working as mechanical engineers for a few years now. We are super relaxed and easy to live with. We get out and do things a lot were pretty outgoing but I wouldnt say too crazy.Re: the apartment … its amazing. Furnished unlimited internet all appliances and cooking stuff technology to the yin-yang big balcony with view to the city. The complex is better again resort style pool full sized tennis court gym sauna infinity pool. The location is perfect right next to the 3 types of public transport: Auchenflower train station Regatta ferry Coro/Wesley bus stop. The Regatta is 2 mins walk and Toowong Village is probably about 5 mins walk.The room available is the main bedroom and has an ensuite and exits onto the main balcony.The details:The lease is for 12 months. It begins on 8 February 2013 but the owners would prefer to get a signed lease by the new year. Utilities are shared (Id estimate roughly $60 per month each for elec/gas/internet).
