We are very clean and tidy study during the week and like to have drinks and relax on the weekend.We have gas hot water and cook tops ducted air con a BBQ a 52 inch plasma and plenty of storage room. We divide up the cost of utilities (gas electricity and unlimited wireless internet) as each bill comes averaging about $20 per person per week.The lease will be for 12 months with a $1200 bond.
