The Institute for Holistic Studies is looking for up to three individuals/couples who would enjoy living and contributing to a sustainable living community on a beautiful property in Upper Brookfield.

There are three 3.5 star energy rated buildings on site a main house and cottage and a central studio for workshops. The buildings are newly renovated with all the mod cons and ample on site parking.

Each individual will have their own large double room, ensuite or private bathroom.

The buildings are nestled in extensive landscaped permaculture gardens with fruit trees. There is also a 1.23 ha wildlife sanctuary and rainforest regeneration sites all nestled within 6.41 amazing hectares.

$160 week including electricity, gas and internet. Terms are flexible.
