The air-conditioned lounge has new soft carpet , the 3 bedrooms and 2way bathroom are neat and well presented. Air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms and there is a separate laundry. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the views from the kitchen window to the immaculate backyard and gardens. Little maintenaince in the yard and double gates open to the large council park.
