**SPECIAL CLAUSE – SOLAR POWER
Due to there being solar panels on the property electricity will be kept in owners name and therefore will be at no cost to tenants unless at the end of the quarter when the meters are read there is a bill incurring to the owners, then this bill will be passed on to the tenants to pay. Tenants will have 1 month from date of invoice to pay bill. If tenants are to vacate property before the next meter reading then arrangements will need to be made so the owners can organise for the meter to be read, to finalise electricity bill if required and the charge for reading the meter will be passed on to the tenants.
