There is no need for curtains, yet this idyllic retreat is less that 2.5 km from all the facilities of the township of Baffle Creek. Walk to the shops in less than 30 minutes.

A 9m x 5m self contained unit is complete and tiled through out. It houses a combined shower and toilet. A bedroom and sitting room flow between each other and some of the furnishings have been incorporated into the structure. The kitchen has a double sink and Whirlpool gas upright stove. Water is instantaneously gas heated. Casement windows set horizontally ensure that you are one with the gardens, enabling the regulation of breeze from all directions. On the patio is an illuminated eastern style, tiled, bbq area.

Adjacent to this is another 7m x 7m building of similar style. The walls are a tasteful combination of rendered and exposed stone. One half of this is currently used as a garage. The other half has been equally divided as a workshop and bedroom.

While complete structurally, the huge main residence has character and charm of itÂ’s own. There are 3 bedrooms.

Fencing is complete on two sides. Firebreaks skirt the perimeter. Mains power and phone are connected. TV reception is good if a booster is connected to the aerial.

Rainwater is stored in a 700 gallon aquaplate tank. A 200 gallon header tank services the taps in the house with water pumped via a fire fighter pump from this dam.

The gardens are dotted with numerous edibles and ornates all irrigated. There is a grove of olives. The dam has mature bamboos growing beyond the main wall. Songs of birds are heard constantly.

Post is delivered five days a week and the school bus stops at the front gate.
